Carl Knapp is truly a client's attorney. He listens to you and offers feedback and support when you need it the most. Mr. Knapp was empathetic, knowledgeable and down to earth. My first attorney wanted to file costly motions in lieu of directly contacting opposing counsel when the other party refused to cooperate with the sale of our family's home. That attorney contacted me 4 years and two law firms later, having forgotten that she no longer represented me. Hindsight tells... me I made the correct decision in terminating her services. My second attorney's firm received numerous prestigious awards and they will be the first to tell you this. I was represented by a junior partner and every time he spoke to the senior partner about my case I was billed.
