Was hired to defend or represent me.She was the only (cheap PD)I could aford.She never talked to me but 1 time,me calling about 10.Couldnt get another PD.1st hearing she wanted me to take a plea deal ,I said no I'm innocent,I was attacked and hit with ice tea.The 2and hearing no evidence,crosexaminat...ion of the other party.She refused to represent the appeal.This isnt a lawyer who I could recommend a fair outcome

I knew my case well enough to know that I needed to take it to trial but Jodi assured me she could plea it down. She did get a descent plea agreement but did NOT understand the DOT fines or drivers license ramifications.
