Carl M. Knapp

I recently worked with Carl to set up my living will and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Carl asked all of the right questions to get to know my family's needs and answered any questions we had about the process. The will was very detailed and accounted for every possible future situat...ion. Carl was incredibly knowledgeable and I felt like I was in good hands throughout the process. I would highly recommend Carl and will be using his services again in the future.

I had no idea what to expect getting divorced. The negotiations, paperwork, legal requirements, etc. From the first meeting I spoke with Carl, we developed a clear plan how to move forward that would be in my best interest. Carl provided sound advice as details of the divorce were negotiated. Carl's... experience put my mind at ease as he was able to clearly identify the details of greatest concern and provided a solid plan to address them. I am not sure anyone ever wins in a divorce but with Carl representing me, I felt I had an advocate that would not let me down.

First, I used Carl to help me get out of a misdeamenor trespassing charge, I am omitting the personal details of the case, but he spent much time discussing the case prior to the court date, multiple phone calls, texts and face to face encounters, and never once got inpatient with me and all my silly... questions. I entirely overreacted about the charge, but I had never been charged with anything and made a small mistake and didn’t want my clean record to now have a charge on it... he was patient, kind, and didn’t once make me feel like I was bothering him with all the questions and concerns I constantly had. He came to court with me and was punctual, and came early to talk about his approach, he was able to get the charge completely dismissed for me pending a small 90 day waiting period that I don’t go back to the “alleged trespassed area”... now I have my clean record back and can move on....Wrapping that up, I will be hiring him in the future for a custody case that I’m currently in the process of trying to work out without having to use the court, but Carl has also helped me with immense patience with figuring out my custody case and answering all my questions. Would definitely recommend him for any family or custody cases as well as minor crimes!! Thanks Carl!

Mr. Knapp was empathetic, knowledgeable and down to earth. He took the time to explain in layman's terms what some of the legal jargon meant and albeit frustrating, how divorce procedures work regarding pensions, marital debt, and more. He was always quick to return my calls and emails and worked d...iligently to finalize my divorce. He did a great job advocating on my behalf and should you have a need for his services, I would highly recommend him.
