Righting a wrong!

Good morning my name is Jose L Santiago, I just wanted to thank you for all your hard work you have done for my father. It really means a lot to me and my family. The criminal justice system and laws are so outdated and it's a tragic shame. He should have never been incarcerated let alone be moved to... several State Facilities. I WISH I COULD GIVE 100 STAR REVIEW !

I scheduled a consultation with Attorney Brittenburg to discuss a very high conflict Family Law matter with criminal isssues. He responded IMMEDIATELY and listened to me explain my entire case. He didn't cut me off, or make me feel rushed (like most attorneys do during consultations). He showed genui...ne interest in gathering the details by asking questions, offering advice, and correcting me on certain laws I was unaware of. He told me that my case is so complex and time sensitive that I need an attorney who is able to provide me with more time than he has currently due to his current case load. Instead of ending the chat there, he referred me to a colleague of his that actually has more experience regarding the specific issues of my case. He immediately arranged a consultation for me and his colleague and as if that wasn't generous enough, he took his kindness a step further by messaging me later in the day to let me know he's rooting for me. After feeling helpless and being mistreated by an unfair court process, it was such an incredible feeling to finally be heard and to have someone genuinely care about me and my child's best interest. It's clear that Mr. Brittenburg is in this line of work because he actually CARES about the law being upheld and for the innocent to be protected. I am jealous of any client able to obtain him as their representative!

Understanding, professional, and supportive

I came to Matt with a sensitive family matter. I had consulted with multiple lawyers prior to Matt who were all great, but I hired Matt because he respected the sensitivity of my situation and really reflected that he understood exactly what I needed and wanted. The others pressured me and wanted to ...be more cut throat, as where he took the time to hear me and guide me through the best course of action. He was easily accessible and responsive to any questions or concerns I had and his respect for me and knowledge of the court process and my options went a long way in my book. He didn't just give me one option that fit him, rather he laid out multiple courses of action and allowed me to decide which was best for my family and supported me the whole way through. Outstanding Criminal Defense Attorney

I consulted with, and hired, Mr. Brittenburg after being informed I would be charged with a felony over toll violations from several years ago. He is not only very professional but extremely down to earth. He took the time to answer all of my questions, always promptly responded to any calls or text ...messages, and kept me informed of the case at all times. He even was willing to contact an employer of mine to better explain the charges when it came up on a background check. It’s quite obvious that Mr. Brittenburg is passionate about his profession and genuinely cares for his clients and their futures. He ultimately got the case dropped which was the best possible outcome and I could not be happier! While I hope that I will never need his services again, I would highly, highly recommend him for any case in which you may need a criminal defense attorney!
