An all around amazing person!

I called the number expecting to speak to a paralegal or a Receptionist to set up a consult. Instead I spoke directly to Matt. We went pretty much right into a consult. He listened to me, reviewed what I told him and offered extremely helpful advice. Unfortunately, Matt can not handle the complexitie...s of my case(mostly family law), but he did suggest some other attorneys and gave me some great advice. I reached out to Matt a few days later to ask if he could send me some documents I had a hard time finding online. Matt promptly responded back and emailed the documents over to me. I really appreciated how personal he was. He seemed very straightforward and honest. I would have loved to have him handle my case, but I understand the reasons he couldn't. I will definitely use Matt in the future(God forbid I need him)

Jose De Diego Santiago Brother

My Brother a Vet was recently incarcerated, My brother had retained counsel. Who unfortunately did not want to continue with case and refuse to appeal as well. He stated, " that there is no more hope". So, then my sister retained another seasoned lawyer who took a small retainer and run some... small talk. Went to see my brother. looked at the case and state " that there is no hope and that he would do 12 to 24 months. " So my sister pressed on to vindicate my brother. My sister finally obtains a third counsel Mr. Mathew Scott Brittenburg. Mr. Brittenburg reviewed my brother case files and determined that there is hope. Mr. Brittenburg got my brother reinstated to his original charges and he is finally coming home. Mr. Brittenburg is outstanding and would recommend him to anyone who is looking for justice out of good lawyer. His works speaks for itself Where other seasoned lawyer did not see hope and could not and would not seek justice for my brother. Mr. Brittenburg did see hope and got my brother justice.

I WISH I COULD GIVE 100 STAR REVIEW !

I scheduled a consultation with Attorney Brittenburg to discuss a very high conflict Family Law matter with criminal isssues. He responded IMMEDIATELY and listened to me explain my entire case. He didn't cut me off, or make me feel rushed (like most attorneys do during consultations). He showed genui...ne interest in gathering the details by asking questions, offering advice, and correcting me on certain laws I was unaware of. He told me that my case is so complex and time sensitive that I need an attorney who is able to provide me with more time than he has currently due to his current case load. Instead of ending the chat there, he referred me to a colleague of his that actually has more experience regarding the specific issues of my case. He immediately arranged a consultation for me and his colleague and as if that wasn't generous enough, he took his kindness a step further by messaging me later in the day to let me know he's rooting for me. After feeling helpless and being mistreated by an unfair court process, it was such an incredible feeling to finally be heard and to have someone genuinely care about me and my child's best interest. It's clear that Mr. Brittenburg is in this line of work because he actually CARES about the law being upheld and for the innocent to be protected. I am jealous of any client able to obtain him as their representative!

Methodical, Tough, Intelligent.

I want to take the time to give Matt Brittenburg a review of his services. Mr. Brittenburg has been great as counsel up to this point in my case. He immediately took my case and that night started going to bat for me as counsel. He sees the person I am and not the person accused and that's super impo...rtant when choosing counsel. He's been going strong with his tough attitude and methodical approach to the facts of my case, plus with his prior prosecutor experience Matt's doing his absolute best to fight leaving no stone unturned and no question unanswered to give me a positive outcome in case. I would highly recommend him and his team.

Lawyer review

Mr.Brittenburg was very easy to talk to , straight to the point and did not cut corners while workin on a gun charge I received out of New Jersey. He made me feel comfortable and answered my text and calls in a timely fashion when needed. He showed up when I couldn’t and got me answers to every quest...ion I had. I will most definitely recommend his services to anyone needing legal representation in the Pennsylvania/ New Jersey area.
