Compassion, Communication, and Consummate Professionalism

Matt represented me in a case that (like most) was a combination of the legal situation and the emotions connected to it. From the first time we spoke, Matt immediately understood my needs and my approach to the situation, and respected me from the start. He listened to my thoughts, answered (and at ...times, anticipated!) my many, many questions, and honestly made me feel as if I was his most important case and client. Scheduling time to meet was never an issue, and he met with me a couple of times prior to the actual court date. In addition, Matt was always available by text, and understood my need to reach out whenever a thought, concern, or question popped into my head. And he always addressed any and all thoughts, concerns, and questions. Matt provides a perspective that incorporates not only the defense side of the matter, but is also able to anticipate how the opposing side will approach the matter. Due to his expertise, experience, and excellent communication skills with the various parties involved, we were able to get a resolution to the case that was as positive as it could have been.

Firstly, I hired Matt because my previous lawyer did not make me feel like I could trust his word. From the minute I met Matt he was direct, honest, trustworthy and reliable. He made me feel like he knew what he was doing and that he actually cared. Everything he said he would do, was done. Matt stay...ed in contact throughout my whole case period, answered every phone call and showed up every time. Trial is over, I am beyond pleased with the final outcome and if I ever need help again, Matt will be my first call.
