David Todd Siegel

David T. Siegel is the founding attorney of Law Office of David T. Siegel, Esq., LLC a law firm focused on Estate Planning, Special Needs Planning, and Elder Law firm located in Newtown, Pennsylvania.  David is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and he is a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania State Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Bucks County Bar Association, the Academy of Special Needs Planners, the Bucks County Bar Association Orphans Court Section, the Bucks County Estate Planning Council, and WealthCounsel.

The law is David's second career, he enrolled and graduated from Widener University School of Law with the goal of helping families plan for their loved ones futures. Estate planning was the realization of that goal. David builds comprehensive and unique estate plans that are customized to meet an individual family's relationship, financial, healthcare, and tax planning goals. David does not view estate planning as death planning, instead he views estate planning as life planning. Estate plans that he builds are meant to be effective during the client's life, incapacity, and eventual death. His goal is that the estate plan he designs will provide security and peace of mind  for multiple generations of a family.

Through his work as an estate planning attorney, David became aware of the unique needs of families with special needs children and disabled adults.  He has dedicated a substantial amount of time to learn and become skilled in the area of special needs planning. As a member of the Academy of Special Needs Planners, a national network of dedicated attorneys and financial professionals, he comes equipped with the latest and most comprehensive knowledge for providing the families of special needs or disabled loved ones the proper legal tools to care for and support those individuals for the long lives ahead of them.

David resides with his wife Michele, his two daughters Sydney and Taylor, and their mini-Golden Retriever Lucy in Holland, Pa. When not at work David spends his time with his family, at soccer games, gymnastic events, golfing or just walking the dog through the park.
