Best DUI Lawyer around

My first consultation with Jeremy went great. He immediately gave me the impression that he was a seasoned veteran in the Law field. My case was unique and required some expert direction. My wife was charged with a DUI and the officers at the time of the arrest stated that she was under the influ...ence of a controlled substance,. My wife was dealing with stage 3 triple negative breast cancer. One afternoon she had some errands to run and was finished a little early. Our children were done with school at 12PM and get picked up daily at this time at the elementary school. Instead of driving home only to turn around 5 minutes later to pick the kids up, she decided to head to the school early. She had a phone call or two to make involving future doctor appointments. After the phone calls she decided to take a nap. Some of the medications she takes makes her a deep sleeper. Notice i did not say pass out involuntary but When she sleeps at night or takes a nap, she goes in to a deep sleep sometimes. This afternoon that is exactly what happen. She set her alarm on the phone and basically slept right threw it. She was parked roughly 20 yards from the front door of the school. She was woken by an obnoxious school principle as he screamed profanity at my wife because she over slept. As my wife exited the car, the principle continued his verbal attacks on my wife and stated he was calling the police. Without going in to detail, this principle basically had an ax to grind with my wife for some reason. Once the police arrived they gave her a breathalyzer which she passed because she was not drinking. She took several field sobriety test which she passed as well. Once those test were completed, she was then taken to the hospital to give blood. After the blood, she was given a ride home. Keep note, during this whole situation she was never charged with anything and was never put under arrest. Fast forward two months and she received papers in the mail stating they were bringing charges against my wife and that she needed to be finger printed prior to initial hearing. This whole charge was a bunch of BS. All medications were prescribed and the blood results showed that nothing was being abused, I then proceeded to retain Jeremy as my lawyer. Let me tell you, that was one of the best decisions I ever made. This man went to bat for my wife and gave everything you could ask for in regards to effort. He was sincere, He was genuine and you could tell he honestly cared! I have dealt with lawyers in the past and I have never seen anything like it. Not only did he care like he was defending his own son but this man was prepared and didn't leave one stone un-turned. He put a lot of time in to my wifes case. Between preparing arguments for court, interviewing witnesses and obtaining expert witness testimony, Jeremy put WAY MORE TIME in to my wife's case then what he billed me for. My family doesnt have big bucks and Jeremy knew that. That still didn't stop him from giving 100 percent. It was like he was personally invested in the outcome. I honestly believe he thought my wife was getting railroaded with the charges and really cared, The DA was hell bent on putting my wife in jail and suspending her license. Jeremy basically gave the DA the finger and said ill see you in court. He was pissed/insulted by the DA's offer. Jeremy and I both new they had nothing and would lose in court. And lose they did. Jeremy fought tooth and nail and my wife got no jail time and did not lose her license. He was so prepared in court it was amazing. He tore the prosecutions case to pieces. I truly believe that with another paid lawyer or a public defender, the results would have been different. You wont find another DUI lawyer better than Jeremy. I will never be able to thank Jeremy enough for what he did for my wife and family. I will never forget it! * His price was very fair. He even worked with us on payments *

An amazing attorney!

I was referred to Jeremy by another attorney who told me that for my type of case (a DUI in Bucks County), Jeremy was the best. It was a long process, but Jeremy reassured me every step of the way and answered any questions I had. When I was sweating, he was there to help me keep my cool. My case was... pretty complicated due to an unknown suspended license at the time of arrest, but somehow Jeremy was able to get me approved into the ARD program after initially being denied, in the final hour. Jeremy, if you’re reading this, let me finish by saying thank you. Thank you for ensuring I’ll be able to continue growing in my field of work without a major blemish stopping me from attaining my goals. You really are the best. MZ

Terrific Job Better Then "Best Case Scenario" Outcome

I was referred to Jeremy re 2 old bench warrants on old cases for an employee with an extensive record. ALL of the many lawyers in FL and in PA that we had discussed this with said that the person would definitely need to turn himself in, set a court date, return to PA and then they could clear the w...arrant fairly easily. These lawyers made no promises, but very quickly they were able to have the warrants removed and the cases closed all for a fair cost. The person had an extensive record and, although he had been doing well for over 3 years, it was still possible that he would have been placed into custody. Great Job Gentleman! Thank you
