I've known Bill for a number of years now and he and I have worked with several mutual clients. Every time we have, he's been prompt to respond, always has the answers or will let you (or our client) know who does have the answer, and he's not too proud to acknowledge when the issue falls outside th...e scope of his expertise. While professionalism and knowledge of the law are of course paramount when selecting an attorney, it doesn't hurt when they are down to earth and have a little bit of personality to go along with it - Bill has this for sure!
