Kirsten Miniscalco focuses her practice on family law matters, including divorce, property division, custody, support, enforcement of marital agreements, pre-nuptial agreements, adoption and name changes. She is focused on assisting her clients through any legal issue, and is committed to representing her client’s needs. She prides herself in negotiating amicable resolutions when possible, and litigating matters through trial when necessary.
Kirsten is an active member in the Montgomery County Bar Association and the Souderton Telford Rotary Club. She volunteers as an MCAP pro bono attorney for children in Montgomery County, and also serves as an arbitrator for the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas.
Prior to joining Winter & Duffy Law, Kirsten practiced at a local law firm, where she focused on family law, social security disability, and general civil litigation. Before following her dream of becoming an attorney, Kirsten volunteered with the United States Peace Corps in the Kingdom of Tonga, assisting the youth and communities by teaching about sustainable fishing practices and business skills. In addition to her passion for the law, Kirsten enjoys going on adventures with her husband and two children.
