I was searching for professional advice on a business contract that I am about to sign. He went above and beyond my expectations in every way. As a business owner, I was pleasantly surprised from the very start when he contacted me on a holiday - Labor Day. When you own a business, there simply ar...e no holidays, and I was impressed that he understood this. This is exactly what I was looking for - someone to point out things that I would not have noticed as a lay person. I felt like he was very knowledgeable and had a lot of experience in business and real estate law. Again, this is exactly what I was looking for when I searched for an attorney. When I've looked for an attorney in the past, there were hidden costs and ultimately, I paid a lot more for the services rendered than I was originally quoted. That was not the case here at all. On the contrary, he actually provided more assistance than I could have imagined for a price that worked for me. I hope to not need an attorney in the future, but that's unrealistic, so I am sure I will be contacting Michael in the future.

He was knowledgeable about contract law, and his advice to me was thorough as he explained the various approaches that could be taken on my end should I decide to pursue defending myself.
