Efficient, Kind, realistic, and experienced.

I was forced to hire Ms. Gleason following the swift degradation of my marriage. Although proceedings are still ongoing, Ms. Gleason's approach throughout this emotionally-charged process has been nonjudgmental, empathetic, and efficient. She does her very best to take the hostility out of the proces...s, and exercises good client control when needed (and it was). I am always distrustful of Lawyers who don't respect their own limits and claim to be an expert across many different areas. When the opposing party filed a frivolous PFA against me in order to gain leverage, Ms. Gleason sent an experienced Litigator from her office who had it virtually dismissed on site. Ms. Gleason also ensures at all times, that decisions are made with the best interests of the child in mind, and not solely based on what is advantageous to her adult client. She and her team at Williams Family Law are skilled, kind, and realistic when it comes to the very painful arena of family law.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
