Andrew F. Schneider

I was referred to Andrew Schneider after some pretty serious charges were brought against me. Andrew worked tirelessly with me going through mountains of evidence, filing appeal after appeal and requesting multiple pre-trial hearings when the prosecution was less than forthcoming with additional evid...ence. It took over 2 years to whittle away the charges but eventually all were finally dropped. During that time Andrew never stopped fighting for me. As we prepared for trial he would build and then rebuild the case as he figured out a better way to present it, always vigilant. Throughout it all Andrew and Lisa kept me informed, walked me through the process and answered my seemingly endless questions and "What If's". Andrew takes his job and the cases outcome very seriously. He treats his clients with respect and he always gave me his honest opinion. Andrew helped me through one of the most difficult times I hope I'll ever go through, and for that I'll be forever grateful. He's a very knowledgeable lawyer and a genuinely good person. Andrew was the lawyer for a family member. The difference I saw in Andrew immediately (versus most lawyers) was eye contact, politeness, joviality and acute knowledge of our situation. He never once faltered in what he thought was the correct course of action nor did he ever make any of us feel tha...t the situation was not winnable. This lousy attorney (who over charges for his services) encouraged me to take a deal with the DA even though it was a very much a win-able case. He said the public servants (like the judge) were very unbaised which he has posted on his web-site. " These public servants are sworn to make impartial d...ecisions" . Yet, he told me after the case "that the Judge told him that he was going to find me guilty of something. Even though the Judge Rubestein never heard the case.
