Amir Stark is An Incredible Person

Amir Stark is an incredible person. I met Amir about a year ago. His advise gave me hope in a profession that is sometimes more interested amount of the settlement than coming to the table with extreme compassion, first and foremost, for families and children in conflict and crisis. Each time he s...poke with me, he helped me understand that the kind of challenging family differences in the heat of battle don’t have to tear you apart. If you need someone by your side, to try the case in court if need be, Amir, who I have come to know very well, is the best when it comes to helping you in situations of divorce, child custody, child/spousal support, alimony, equitable distribution, protection from abuse, children and youth court. His heart is always in the right place, helping children, wives and husbands with his kindness, care, concern and commitment to finding solutions to incredibly difficult problems. Thank you Amir!

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter

"Amir and I first met as opposing attorneys in a case. He was highly professional, straight talking and good to deal with because of that. We have since seen each other in court on many occasions. He is knowledgeable in the law, deals straight up, is generous with his time and is very well respected in the legal community. I highly recommend him. Fred R, Esq."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
