Great Attorney

Mr. Stark is extremely thorough, professional, kind, courteous, and very well versed in his profession. I hired him to represent me in what had the potential of being an extremely nasty custody case and he assisted me with everything, even the retaliation of a bad faith PFA being filed against me. I'...d definitely recommend him to anyone who is facing the hardships of a bitter dispute for their children, as his 20+ years of experience shine through and demolish frivolous claims

Caring, Kind and Takes the Time

Amir was my assigned lawyer through the Legal Aid Office of Southeastern PA and the Bucks County Bar Association. Amir guided me through the PFA hearing process explaining each step so that I could appear in front of the judge with confidence. HE is kind, caring and took the time to explain each ste...p in detail.

simply the best

This guy, hands down, is the best attorney in Bucks when it comes to PFA's and divorce. He has helped me and my girlfriend any times and I would recommend him to anyone who wants to win.

Very methodical and direct

Amir was assigned to me as a pro-bono attorney in protection from abuse case. He was very direct and methodical to his approach. Highly recommend Amir, as he tells you how it is, what are the possibilities, and provides his advise, for you to decide which approach to pursue.

Amir will not act in your best interests

I hired Amir to represent my best interests and I feel he did not come anywhere close to achieving that goal. Focusing on the one major aspect that he neglected to follow through with his strong legal conviction that a particular outcome would be probable, he neglected to invite me into the support c...onference and instructed me to wait outside in the lobby after I asked to come in with him. The outcome, was the complete opposite of what he suggested it would be. He said that in his experience as an attorney he believed that my soon to be ex-wife would owe me money since I was paying for 100% of my children’s housing, clothing, food, medical, and shelter needs. After waiting 2 hours, Amir delivers me quite the opposite news stating that not only am I not to receive money from my ex-wife, but that I owe her $1000 a month to support her. His response to my questioning the outcome was, “I am sorry that it didn’t turn out the way we had hoped,”. There are two other issues I have but this was the one that hurt the most. In my humble opinion, I do not feel that Amir Stark has represented my best interests and I would not recommend him to any person looking to hire an attorney.

Dear Mike, I sympathize with your frustration concerning the outcome of your support matter. Support orders in Pennsylvania are awarded pursuant to a Statewide guideline based on each individual party's income rather than their expenses. Sometimes, as in your case, a person who works hard to earn a living is punished while their unemployed spouse is rewarded. This is frustrating but it is the reality of the domestic relations law which we must navigate. As for conference procedures such as whether parties or only their attorneys enter the room where the support conference is taking place, that is left solely to the discretion of the domestic relations officer on a case-by-case basis. However, I am truly sorry if you felt disenfranchised from the process by having to wait outside. One of my main goals as a family law attorney is to set proper expectations by educating my clients on how the law applies to their particular circumstances. If I ever failed in that regard, then for that I am truly sorry and will strive to do better in the future.

"Amir and I first met as opposing attorneys in a case. He was highly professional, straight talking and good to deal with because of that. We have since seen each other in court on many occasions. He is knowledgeable in the law, deals straight up, is generous with his time and is very well respected in the legal community. I highly recommend him. Fred R, Esq."
