Biography
I am an accomplished litigator who specializes in representing disabled individuals before the Social Security Administration. I have represented individuals at various Social Security Administration's Offices of Disability Adjudication and Review(ODAR) including the ODARs in Wilkes-Barre, PA, Elkins Park, PA, Goshen, NY, Syracuse, NY, Binghamton, NY, Roanoke, VA, Charleston, WV.
Every year I attend over 100 disability hearings before the Social Security Administration. Each year, I secure over a million dollars in past due Social Security Disability Benefits for my clients . Further, I regularly appeal decisions to Federal District Courts when the need for such an appeal arises.
In addition to my active Social Security Disability practice, I also represent individuals who have been denied short term and long term disability benefits. I have successfully obtained thousands of dollars in settlements for individuals who have been denied their short term and long term disability benefits.
