I am an accomplished litigator who specializes in representing disabled individuals before the Social Security Administration.  I have represented individuals at various Social Security Administration's Offices of Disability Adjudication and Review(ODAR) including the ODARs in Wilkes-Barre, PA, Elkins Park, PA, Goshen, NY, Syracuse, NY, Binghamton, NY, Roanoke, VA, Charleston, WV. 

 

Every year I attend over 100 disability hearings before the Social Security Administration.  Each year, I secure over a million dollars in past due Social Security Disability Benefits for my clients .  Further, I regularly appeal decisions to Federal District Courts when the need for such an appeal arises. 

 

In addition to my active Social Security Disability practice, I also represent individuals who have been denied short term and long term disability benefits.  I have successfully obtained thousands of dollars in settlements for individuals who have been denied their short term and long term disability benefits.

This attorney is very straight forward and speaks to a client on their level of comprehension . I was very pleased with his answering any and all my questions. His ability to calm and reassure me in going through the process of Social security Disability and other issues was both professional and personal. He gets to KNOW you not just the issue. His responding to my calls ,faxes and emails were so QUICK! It was unbelievable! I recommend this attorney for any law issue. . He in my experience is very capable & successful !

Great Family Attorney
This attorney showed great interest for my child's well-being. He kept me well informed of every detail, made sure I understood everything and did everything he could to get what was needed. I was awarded full custody of my daughter while the mother is permitted to have supervised visitations (even though she does not see our child.) Mr. Parker is the best family attorney.

Miserable failure
From Rowan and Martin Laugh-in. If your lawyer is asleep, better give him a nudge. Everybody look alive, because here come da judge. He assumed some things that were wrong, and also failed to answer my calls, thereby torching my case.
