Attorney Saunders, revue my deed and told me I do not get sub surface rights, when grantor dies. It was the intent and understanding of the grantor and grantee, that the sub surface rights would pass to me at grantors passing. However that was not the way the deed was written. It took almost two ...years to get the correct language in the corrective deed. This was NOT Atty. Saunders fault. I am very glad Atty. Saunders, alerted me of the incorrect wording on my deed.
