Attorney Saunders, revue my deed and told me I do not get sub surface rights, when grantor dies.
It was the intent and understanding of the grantor and grantee, that the sub surface rights would pass to me at grantors passing. However that was not the way the deed was written.
It took almost two years to get the correct language in the corrective deed. This was NOT Atty. Saunders fault.
I am very glad Atty. Saunders, alerted me of the incorrect wording on my deed.
I would recommend Atty. Saunders, with your oil, gas and deed issues.

Attorney Steve Saunders has been working with our corporation to resolve environmental issues over the past two years. I have found Attorney Saunders to be extremely knowledgeable, very informative, and very responsive to our needs during this time. We are now retaining his services for other corporate environmental issues which we are addressing. Based on past performance I would highly recommend Attorney Saunders for all matters relating to the environment.

Mr. Saunders is a highly qualified attorney who assisted in negotiating our gas lease to our great satifaction. We were regularly kept informed of the status of our proceedings and he was quick to respond to any questions we had. He also taught us about the gas industry, leasing process and it's impact on our land. He was always very professional in his dealings and correspondence with us and the gas companies and show expertise in his field of oil and gas law as well as environmental law - a very knowledgeable counsellor. We highly recommend his services without question.
