Have used Pat twice over the past few years. First time was to appeal my real estate taxes. He was able to quickly get the amount lowered and his fees were much less than the adjustment he secured for me. Recently used him again to recover my deposit for a house sale that fell through. When the s...eller or their agent refused to return the deposit he intervened and was able to get the money back. His strategy resulted in prompt action and I am completely satisfied with the result and fees he charged.

My wife and I were thrilled with Attorney Lavelle. We were having a difficult time getting the bank to move, even after it appeared they had everything they needed to close. Once he intervened, the closing happened in less than a week. At the closing, he displayed a firm command of the legalities and... responsibilities we were undertaking and made everyone feel at ease. The Sellers were extremely impressed with him, as well. I would not recommend anyone else,

Pat was highly recommended by a person I later discovered was impressed by anyone in a position of authority. What I have found is , while competent in executing certain documents and tasks, Pat has displayed a stunning lack of follow through in completing the assignment for which he was hired. His c...ommunication skills are basically non-existent. Months have gone by with no return phone calls, emails, letters or even smoke signals. He had no problem cashing the check I gave him over 8 months ago for "services to be performed" and has failed miserably in keeping me informed and in completing the work for which he was hired. I believe that because I don't physically park myself in his office and speak to him face-to-face everyday that I have become nothing more than another file folder.
