Leo Jackson is the best Attorney in the Pocono / Lehigh area!!! I had a worker’s compensation case Mr. Jackson was recommended to me as soon as I met him I knew I could trust him. I was rear ended on 33 North by the Tamaqua exit in a work van and seriously injured my shoulder after a month of rehab n...eeded surgery. My employer started to give me problems so I hired Leo Jackson. E made sure I recieved all the back pay from my employer and from the individual who hit me. Leo jackson went above and beyond for me and made sure I got everything I deserved and then some!! I highly recommend. The Jackson Law Firm they are honest and trust worthy. Leo Jackson is an attorney I refer many folks to because he and his sister Janet Jackson of Jackson Law did an amazing job for me w workers Comp case and a personal injury case. I first came to the Jackson law b/c I had an attorney who took advantage of my being in the most vulnerable situation in m...y life with a head injury and numerous other health issues as a result. . It’s almost impossible to get a really competent trust worthy attorney to take an almost ten year old complicated poorly managed/advised workers Comp case after a prior attorney became extremely unethical and negligent, especially b/c the PA Comp laws make it not worthwhile monetarily for a new attorney. My state rep was able to get me an interview with the Jackson Law firm where I first met w Janet Jackson and was taken on as a client thank goodness. In spite of my case being one that most probably would not net as much money for my attorney, I was given all the time I needed on phone calls or in person w my attorney. Obviously, leo and Janet were not practicing law just to make money but to make a positive difference in the lives of their clients. I was so impressed with the handling of my case whether in court or depositions etc.. and keeping me in the loop 100% and listening to and respecting my suggestions and needs in my Comp and personal injury cases. Leo’s amazing Knowledge of the work Comp and personal Injury law was on point and explained well to me. Leo was able to walk the line of being polite to all colleagues/judges, medical persons etc while fighting hard for me leaving no stone unturned, thus I saw the respect he got from opposing counsel and judges. Leo even helped me pro Bono after settlement when Medicare wasn’t picking up my medical with subrogation. Leo helped me so much that after I got injured in an auto accident, he was the attorney I called to help in my personal Injury case. I noticed with my Comp case complications that Leo is an amazing problem solver who thinks outside the box when needed. Leo is a good negotiator always putting his client first and even after settlement and getting paid leo still helped me with Medicare not picking up my medical bills properly and a few other glitches w/o billing me for the extra time. Leo went above and beyond by driving me and my service dog home a couple times from court or the office in opposite direction of his home I later found out b/c I was unable to drive or find someone to pick me up. I cannot say enough about how professional, patient, respectful Leo was while being quick on his feet as is required to be an excellent attorney.Over the years I have directed many of my clients and friends to Leo. Even if Leo wasn’t able to help them with the type of lawyer they needed he always directed them to a reputable attorney in that field. I have had nothing but positive feedback from everyone I sent to Leo for help over the years. Leo is the type of attorney you want during those hardest times in your life. I found Leo Jackson when I needed a lawyer to review a severance package. I knew I had found a good lawyer when I couldn't get to his office during normal hours and he stayed late to meet with me! He took a detailed look at it, explained everything to me, answered all my questions, and noticed that... my wages were miscalculated by Workers Comp. Leo listened to my whole story, reviewed my medical documents and explained to me my options. I had a unique situation in which I lived where I worked which makes calculating wages different. Do not look any further for an attorney. Leo is who you want on your side. Leo handled my workers compensation case without reservation. His knowledge in the field can't be matched. I never had a text or email go unanswered even for the smallest question. Leo and his team handled everything pert...aining to the case, leaving me the peace of mind I needed to carry on with my daily life. If you don't hire Leo, your not getting the best.
