In addition, Mr. Seach has been responsible for managing mass tort cases against international chemical corporations and prosecuting personal injury actions against manufacturers of defective products, negligent drivers and premises owners, and other tortfeasors, helping to secure millions of dollars of compensation for injury victims.
As a Court Advocate, Attorney Seach has successfully argued before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, Superior Court, Courts of Common Pleas, and United States District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania. In two published opinions, the state Supreme Court and United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania agreed with Mr. Seach’s arguments and held insurance companies responsible to pay under the terms of the insurance policies. He had been recruited from Philadelphia, where he was practicing in civil litigation for 3 years. Before entering private practice, Mr. Seach served as law clerk for Superior Court Judge John T.J. Kelly, who sponsored Mr. Seach’s admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.
