            As a Trial Lawyer, Mr. Seach has obtained favorable verdicts for clients in Luzerne and Monroe Counties.  His most recent jury verdict was for $341,000 for the victim of a dog attack. This Monroe County jury verdict was reported in VerdictSearch Pa and Trial Magazine.  In addition, Mr. Seach has been responsible for managing mass tort cases against international chemical corporations and prosecuting personal injury actions against manufacturers of defective products, negligent drivers and premises owners, and other tortfeasors, helping to secure millions of dollars of compensation for injury victims.

            As a Court Advocate, Attorney Seach has successfully argued before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, Superior Court, Courts of Common Pleas, and United States District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania.  In two published opinions, the state Supreme Court and United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania agreed with Mr. Seach’s arguments and held insurance companies responsible to pay under the terms of the insurance policies.   A published decision by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania serves as legal precedent which all of the other state courts must follow.

            As Legal Counsel, Mr. Seach has advised individuals and businesses on regulatory and industry compliance issues, land management agreements, leases and other contract and business issues.

            Before opening The Seach Law Offices, Attorney Seach was an attorney at a local law firm for 13 years.  He had been recruited from Philadelphia, where he was practicing in civil litigation for 3 years.  Before entering private practice, Mr. Seach served as law clerk for Superior Court Judge John T.J. Kelly, who sponsored Mr. Seach’s admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.
