This case was about a dog owner who was trying to sell her house. She had an appointment with the Plaintiff, a real-estate agent. When the real-estate agent and buyers arrived, the Defendant let her ... three large dogs outside. They attacked the agent, knocking him to the ground and breaking his arm. The Monroe County, Pennsylvania jury rendered a verdict for medical expenses, wage loss and pain and suffering damages.

OUTCOME: The Court agreed with my argument

This tragic case involved the death of a young man who was a passenger in his friend's car. The legal issue arose in a claim for underinsured motorist benefits under the antique automobile policy of i ... nsurance issued to his father. The insurance company refused to pay benefits. The insurer argued that the policy did not provide coverage unless the injured party was occupying the vehicle. I argued that Pennsylvania law required coverage under the language of the policy. The United States District Court agreed and wrote a published opinion in support of its holding.

This was a tragic case. The Defendant driver struck a 3 year-old pedestrian, killing her. The jury entered a verdict in favor of the administratrix of the child, as well as her mother and sister wh ... o witnessed the crash and experienced emotional distress. The Defendant driver appealed, arguing that the trial court made 10 errors. In the state-wide Pennsylvania Superior Court, I presented arguments in favor of the verdict and the trial court's rulings. The Superior Court agreed.
