I never thought I would ever face a time where I would need a lawyer. I made a mistake and it landed me with my first DUI. I was facing a first DUI in PA, but considering the circumstances involved in the incident and past legal history from another state, I decided to hire an attorney to ensure that I get ARD and even possibly fight the case with mitigating factors. When looking for a lawyer, I wanted someone who di...dn't come from those big law firms that mail out annoying advertisements involving a legal case. I also needed a lawyer that was very familiar with the particular localities of Lehigh County and was based in the jurisdiction that I got in trouble in. Kevin fit all of those requirements. When I went in for the initial consultation, I expected it to be a quick decision on whether to do ARD or challenge the charges. I was charged with felony firearm charge as well as a DUI charge and due to Kevin's strategic planning and handling of my particular situation I was able to get the firearm charge expunged and got approved for the ARD PROGRAM, which for defendants with a firearm charge is an automatic denial of ARD. ...He went out of his way to make personal phone calls to the DA, took time to write a letter explaining my situation and always kept in touch with me keeping me up to date on what was going on.
