Thomas M. Regan

Over the past 39 years, I have litigated cases in federal and state courts throughout most of Pennsylvania.  These cases have ranged from relatively small magisterial court matters to large cases in excess of a million dollars.  The types of cases I have litigated have included product liability cases, such as those involving defective design of smoke detectors; mass tort cases, such as those involving noise-induced hearing loss; and insurance property and casualty cases, such as those involving fire, theft and vandalism and building collapses.

I have spoken to over 50 different professional, government and and civic groups on various legal topics involving insurance; data privacy and security; and litigation and investigative practices; among others.  Although most of these presentations have been given in Pennsylvania, many have occurred in other states and even a couple in foreign countries.

I have represented people from all walks of life such as accountants, insurance agents and brokers and private investigators and corporations of all sizes and manner of business.
