Jason Anthony Jenkins

I would absolutely recommend Jason Jenkins for your lawyer! He handled my 2nd DUI case tht I had within 4 yrs of the last one. He knows the law and did an execellent job with my case. I was facing jail time, large costs and fines, and a loss of my license for 1 1/2 yrs. Jason worked with the DA t...o get my penalties much lower. I am extremely happy with the outcome of my case! He is a wonderful lawyer..very respected in the judicial system and well know among the other so called big time lawyers and judges, not only that, but his fees were VERY reasonable compared to other lawyers I had contacted previously. I am very happy to have had Jason Jenkins represent me in my case, and in the future should I ever need another lawyer....Jason would definitely be my 1st choice! I cant recommend him enough for any case in which you may need a lawyer. I give Jason Jenkins an overall Excellent in all aspects !! I used Attorney Jenkins for a car accident that I was in. He was very helpful and seemed to care about my getting better, not just getting money. I used attorney Jenkins for a DUI and he was excellent. He was very personable and explained everything to me. My first meeting was free even though it lasted over an hour. He was a little less expensive as well. In court, is where I was most impressed. The judges and the DA respected him and wh...en he spoke on my behalf, I can see why. I had heard good things about him and he was able to save my drivers license even though I had a high level.

I had a dui case where I used Jason Jenkins as my attorney. It was a mistake. He talks a big strategy when he wants to you to join him. Once he gets your money it is a drastic change. He doesn't return phone calls. All he talks about are Michael Moore type government conspiracies and did absolutely n...othing for my case. Trust me when I say you would be better off with no lawyer rather than him. I am not trying to mask his character. He is a very nice person. Just an very ineffective attorney. Being a businessman myself I was appauled by his work ethic. I had to meet him at his office on a saturday to give him a paper and he was there in a t-shirt with a "sexual reference" on it. How inappropriate is that? Like i said nice guy, has a lot of knowledge about dui's (which are his main focus). But his ability to apply that knowledge is non-existent. He will not call you back. You will have to call him 6 times for him to take 1 call from you.
