I used attorney Jenkins for a DUI and he was excellent. He was very personable and explained everything to me. My first meeting was free even though it lasted over an hour. He was a little less expensive as well. In court, is where I was most impressed. The judges and the DA respected him and wh...en he spoke on my behalf, I can see why. I had heard good things about him and he was able to save my drivers license even though I had a high level.

No, I would not recommend him at all. He never returns a call and is not organized or clear. He was not a good lawyer: I used him for DWI and he and his secretary were very unorganized (sorry, she was nice but not as professional as you would expect). I was warned just before my appointment by a ...guy who said his divorce case or injury case or something like that sat in Jenkins office for years. I paid no attention because I thought if you let that happen, then you are the one with a problem. well, I should have taken the warning. Nice guy but not right...a little off.
