had only spoken over the phone before the hearing date but was great and very honest. did not over sell herself and provided all the facts of the good and the bad case possible outcome. when met i person very personal and friendly did not just walk out when the hearing was over stood with me till the... end and all paper work were finalized to make sure all was in order… would definitely hire again and recommend to anyone to hire.
