Lisa M. Spitale

Allegedly, Attorney Spitale was assigned to my case. I have never successfully been able to contact this woman directly, nor does she return my efforts. She has consistently proven she does not have my best interests in mind while representing me, and I never personally retained her in the first plac...e. How do I terminate this contract and request my case file so that I may move on to a more suitable lawyer? Maybe if I post enough poor reviews online, she will finally surface.

I am simply writing I do not recommend based on my experience. This person was hired to finalize my divorce and simply did not. I've no malice other than to apprise others seeking legal representation that the choice of lawyer you make has far reaching repercussions and to choose poorly is to run the... risk of doing far reaching damage to your future prosperity. Choose wisely. I chose poorly.
