Jennifer Ann Vorhies

Ms. Vorhies represented me in an alimony case. During the entirety of our counsel, she never explained that cohabitation was not a valid argument while in the alimony pendente lite stage of my divorce. As a result, we went to fight alimony in court. We went in front of the judge, who educated us as t...o why our argument was not valid at this time. Ms. Vorhies came unprepared to our hearing, failing to bring a copy of the property settlement agreement. It was truly shocking to never hear the term "pendente lite" before our court case and how it negated our entire argument. We lost the case, I was charged full price (which tremendously hurt me as a single mom) and I never received any sort of apology for her failures in representation.
