Attorney Baikow is a rare find. A man of honesty and integrity. He is intelligent, hard working, and gives attention to details. He is an excellent listener who gives strong eye contact. He is confident, reliable, and steady tempered. No highs or lows, no screaming to get his point across in court, and no lies or twisting of information. Just fair facts presented in an honest and intelligent way. If there is something he is not sure about, he will research it. He always does the right thing. His legal counsel and availability to speak with me whenever necessary helped me get through the worst year of my life, never making false promises, yet always working to obtain my goals. He is quick to return emails and phone calls and is likable by all. After a high conflict custody battle and court hearings, due to my ex’s attempt at gaining sole legal and sole physical custody based purely on lies, I ended up entering into a more than fair custody agreement with the other parent, all with the help of Attorney Baikow. For the record, I never retaliated against my ex to try to remove the children from that parent. It would not have been in their best interest and I am not a vindictive person, but I was fighting against a very angry and vindictive ex. Great lawyer

I recommend Nik to anyone that is going though a divorce. He’s on point and he gets the job done. I’m working with him again for my mom and I will be up here again doing another fantastic review. Nik your the best keep up the great work!

Excellent lawyer

I literally hired him the day before my trial due to my previous lawyer couldn't attend. He was very informative and very helpful. He helped me win my case. He returns phone calls which I love. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Great lawyer!

He was very helpful and responsive to my situation. He did a great job in the court room and was very knowledgable. Ever since the trial, Nik has done a great job at responding to my questions. He was very easy to contact and communicate with. It showed he actually cared which made it a lot easier to talk to him.

A win

An ex-spouse negatively effected are credit report and the bank told us they did not have the records we needed to correct the problem. After hiring Nickolaus baikow, the bank suddenly found the records and the third party quickly settled out of court by paying off the full amount on the credit card and the lawyer fees.
