Garrett Ross Benner

When I first met with him for a consulation he gave me the feeling that he was going to be on top of things and keep things moving, so I hired him and he rarely returns my phone calls or e-mails. The secretarys at his office are rude and not personable when they answer the phone. I called the office ...one day, and the secretary asked who was calling, so I said my name and she responds " Oh, i'll have to take a message." as if there is a list of people who to forward calls and who not to... When I do actually get Garett Benner on the phone I feel as if he is rushing me off the phone. He does not keep me updated unless I call and e-mail him 20 times a week.
