EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! Stay far away from this guy!
We retained Garrett to be our attorney after a bus driver hit our son ON VIDEO. Mr. Benner dragged the case out telling us that the school district was settling and he was negotiating with the school attorney. He never returned emails or phone calls even when we made an appointment with his secretary...

very disappointed with this lawyer
I also was very dissatisfied with Mr. Benner. After a month of no progress on my case, I asked for my retainer back. He refunded me only half and charged me $250 for 2 phone calls that were missed anyway. I was very disappointed and would not recommend him to anyone.
