Excellent Lawyer

Nahas has a very good morale with DA'S and judges. Got my DUI downgraded to something much less. He saved my life. If you find yourself in trouble trust me this is the guy.

Professional Lawyer

Joseph Nahas worked for me to get my life back in order when I thought it was impossible. First, he put my mind at ease and told me that we would take it one step at a time. It was a long process, but I felt confident from day one. I had put myself in quite a mess from my alcoholism, his office playe...d a major role in me getting sober, which I am indebted for the rest of my life. Attorney Nahas will work for you , but if you do need to make some lifestyle changes I suggest that you do. It worked for me. A special thanks to Shirley, who takes care of the stuff behind the scenes, her words of wisdom kept me motivated to do the right thing. If you were in a mess like I was, and think that there’s no place else to go try this office.

Attorney Nahas puts the work in!

After being criminally charged with multiple felonies, and misdemeanors, I knew there was only one attorney I could turn to if I wanted a chance at my life back, and that was attorney Nahas. My story is as follows: From the beginning, Joe did not sugarcoat the alleged charges. He sat with myself and ...my family to explain the severity of the charges and his game plan. Fromm the beginning, Joe weighed in on his opinion of the most likely outcome, which wasn't great, but better than the alternative. Unfortunately, the legal process and court proceedings were not going in my favor, despite Joe communicating on my behalf behind the scenes. The time came months later where it was decided that my fate would have to be decided by a jury at trial. From that moment forward, Joe worked relentlessly with my myself and my family, trying to determine the best way to navigate this horrible situation. It was time to pick jurors. Joe explained the process to me thoroughly and trusted my judgement as well as his own. He even set up a 2.5 hour appointment on the weekend on his own time, to coordinate with my work schedule. We went into detail about the events that happened and we didn't leave his office until every question I had was answered. Months worth of brain racking questions, he answered before I could even ask them. The next day, 1 day before we went to trial, we had another meeting to tie up any loose ends, that day in particular, confirmed what I had been thinking all along. I chose the right attorney and was confident in that. Joe knew my story inside and out, the events that took place and a strategy, better than I did myself! On top of that, there was a rare situation that occurred that we had been trying to avoid in order to have a fair trial. Joe stuck his neck out for me and explained that what he attempted to do in order to get a fair trial, would most likely stain his reputation at the court house with some of the relationships he had made over the years with court officials. Fast forward to trial day. It was suppose to last 1 day. Joe was again very knowledgeable of my side of the case, but also extremely diligent and persistent in his cross examination of witnesses. Joe thought quickly on his feet to some unexpected points that were being made. The trial did not end on that day. We just spent 8 hours in court, hardly anything to eat and within an hour of leaving the court house, Joe is calling me to spend another 3-4 hours WORKING on preparations for the next day. We went over specifics and buttoned up what needed to be until late at night. The next morning with hardly any sleep, Joe went to WORK again for 8 more hours at trial, during which time, he was fighting relentlessly, not only by questioning witnesses, but by demanding the judge take into consideration the law, by citing several pages from a law book. It came down to what I believe was Joe's closing arguments to the jurors, getting up close and personal with them explaining the facts and the charges and how they don't align, that I was proven NOT guilty on all accounts. The emotion that he put into those closing arguments and the huge sigh of relief when they said NOT guilty, made me even more emotional than I already was, knowing how invested Joe was in this case and I knew that he put his all into defending my freedom. This was not just another case for him, he was just as emotional as my family, friends and myself after hearing the verdict. In addition, after the trial concluded, Joe called me and we spent another 30 mins talking/congratulating each other, that shows character and how invested he was! I am forever thankful for the determination, intelligence, and most of all work ethic of Joe Nahas. His staff, Shirley & Anne are wonderful as well and keep you updated each step of the way and remind you of upcoming dates. They are professional and always get back to you after calling! If you find yourself in trouble, this is the man/staff you want to represent you!
