I got into some really eccentric charges. Mr. Nahas told me what could happen if I didn’t beat the charges. Straight forward on what could’ve happened. He didn’t promise me anything. But when it came time to deliver in the PFA hearing then my prelim, he mopped the floor with the prosecution. Because ...he knew I was innocent. And unfortunately, it’s you having to prove your own innocence. He crushed the DA at the prelim and everything was rightfully dropped. It didn’t last an hour at the magistrate for my prelim. My advice is do not be cheap with lawyers, and I will have Mr. Nahas at any future defense hearing.

Of course when it comes to any legal matters there is a natural concern of what if things that we worried about but Joe takes that from the consultation and you can see him thinking on how he is going to approach what the concern of the legal matter is and before you know it he's at work it is his fi...eld of Art like an artist he chips away until he's got his sculpture complete which turns out to usually be the results that you were looking for you can only Envision what you would like to see happen but he takes that it seems to make it a reality I believe he is incredible attorney that is devoted to what he does and I am very grateful and thankful he was able to represent me for my legal matters

Contacted several attorneys and Joe Nahas was the only one who after I explained what happened told me it was an illegal search and would get it dropped. He straight forward ,explained my options and did exactly what he said he would do. Nothing but respect for him and found my guy if I ever need one... again. Don’t waste your time with anyone else.

Joe managed to save my son's ARD after he was scheduled for revocation. Everyone, including our family, thought revocation was inevitable. Joe met with us, explained his game plan, and then went to work. He went above and beyond, saved the ARD, and was very straightforward all along the way.
