Joe was very confident that we would be victorious. He took over my case and had to fix what my other idiot lawyer screwed up. This man, or I should say this God, had somehow kept me out of jail when even I, if I were the judge, would have sent me there! He is very professional and down to earth, but... when you get this man in a court room he fights like my Ranger brothers, 100 percent and then some! He filed my appeal and the Commonwealth agreed with our argument and vacated the conviction. If it were not for him, I would be sitting in Camp Hill right now, a felon, counting down the days until my multiple year prison sentence was over.
