I hired Bryan Shook because I purchased a car and had title issues.

With the service of Bryan Shook, I was awarded a title to my 1953 car. I purchased a car on Ebay motors listed with a clear title in December 2012. Later found the seller did not have a clear title in his name. I worked with the seller for almost a 9 months only to be given a large run around. Car ha...d been sold several times since the last 90's and title transfers were never completed from Iowa, to North Carolina. Car was shipped to myself in Pennsylvania after I had purchased it. Penndot would not issue me a title without a title transfer from owner on title. Bryan was able to show the court that I had indeed owned the car. He also showed that Penndot had to have a title for me to register in Pa. The judge hearing our matter also praised the work of Bryan. He was very impressed with the knowledge brought into the court. Attorney Bryan Shook was professional in every manner. He explained the steps of how we would sue for a title. And completed each task with updates along the way. I would recommend this lawyer 100%. He is knowledgeable of the laws that comes with the automotive industry. He also has a high passion for cars as the people needing to use his service. Great guy, pleasure to have hired him.
