If I could rate her lower on "responsive" and "Kept me informed" I would, but there are NO negative rating! She was my "lawyer" for two and half months! She responded to only two (2) of the nine (9) emails I sent her! And of the four (4) phone call I placed to her with questions I never spoke to he...r in person! And when a call was returned by Ms. Erb's office it was ALWAYS an asst. It took her a almost FULL month to file my Divorce, from the day I dropped it off (Jan, 26, 2010) till the day my husband received it (Feb 22, 2010)! She filed in the WRONG county! I had to repetitively ask for my bill receiving the first one more then 15 days late! I could not have been more dissatisfied with her representation! In such a difficult time, she made me feel like a burden! I still have not received a second bill and it has been 2 weeks since I obtained new council, and over three (3) month! I feel like I was robbed but worse I feel taken advantage of and hurt! I trusted her!

I could not have been more pleased with the representation I received from Ms. Erb She represented me on very short notice. I contacted her a week before my hearing and she returned my call immediately and began working diligently on my case. I had no problems getting in touch with her. I had dif...ficulty in the past with my previous lawyers arguing for me and getting me results. She was firm and aggressive and fought for what I wanted. I was very pleased with the outcome of my hearing and feel it was a direct result of Ms. Erb's hard work and expertise.
