We live in Maryland and needed legal advice after our 20 year old son got himself into trouble in Lancaster. An evening of underage drinking escalated out control and he was facing several non-traffic citations which would have remained on his public record for five years, discoverable to any potent...ial employer’s background search. We called Cory’s office based simply on an internet search. He was responsive and thorough in his initial consultation and advised us on what was at stake and how he felt he could help. We hired him thereafter. A few weeks later, immediately prior to the judicial hearing, he consulted with the officer and EMT involved. Cory was familiar with the judge assigned and how best to communicate with her. Working with the court, Corey was able to secure community service and a diversion program for our son, with the aim to have our son’s record expunged within a year. 5.0 star rating 1/18/2017 Cory represented my son who got into an argument with his babys mother. Though she did not want to go through with the charges the cops were making her testify. Mr. Miller helped fight for his right to remain silent and the DA couldn't make her testify. After meeting wit...h us at his office, Mr. Miller spoke to the DA before going to Court. The cops did not force her to testify during the hearing and the charges were dismissed. Cory explained everything to us from the first time we met him. He returned all our calls and did not pass my sons case to another attorney in his office. After hearing our concerns he made a plan and followed it out. It went just as he said. I hope to never need him again but if I do he is the only attorney I will call. Thank you! Al Marshall

Corey believed in my innocense and fought for me aggressively and thoroughly. He kept constant contact with me step by step and explained everything to me as we went. He was compassionate and understanding. In the end h . Got all my charges dropped before it even went to trial. He not once ever gave ...up on me. My son was jailed on a DUI and a parole violation. Although the judge didnt impose bail, the prison would not let him out. Mr. Miller informed us that his probation violation was the issue. Mr. Miller dealt quickly with the DUI hearing and immediatly scheduled my son to court for his violation as ...promised. After hiring Mr. Miller my son was home in three weeks. Thank you.
