We live in Maryland and needed legal advice after our 20 year old son got himself into trouble in Lancaster. An evening of underage drinking escalated out control and he was facing several non-traffic citations which would have remained on his public record for five years, discoverable to any potent...ial employer’s background search. Working with the court, Corey was able to secure community service and a diversion program for our son, with the aim to have our son’s record expunged within a year.
