This was my first experience being represented in employment court and Andrea was by my side the entire time. She was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. She gave excellent advice not only prior to but also after my hearing. She was very attentive and got back to me with answers to my questions in a timely manner. Thank you for everything Andrea.

I reached out to Attorney Andrea Farney at the suggestion of my workers compensation lawyer. I had run out of FMLA time and with no job protection and a workers comp injury that was still unresolved I was concerned about my rights and protecting my job. Andrea took the time to explain my rights to me and made sure that I had a much better understanding of employee law in regards to my workers compensation case. When I started receiving intimidating paperwork from my employer she took the time to review it with me and represent me in attaining more time to get the paperwork taken care of. I felt like she truly listened to me no matter how small my question may have been. She offered me sound advice and I am appreciative of what she did for me.
