I was dealing with some employment issues and wished to consult an attorney. A family friend recommended Ms. Farney. My first interaction was with the adminstative assistant, who was great. She took my information and performed a pre-consultation information gathering phone call. We spoke for almost ...an hour, and just from talking with her, I knew I made the right decision. Ms. Farney and I later met via Zoom for my consultaion. She was very personable and easy to speak with. She had reviewed all the pregathered information, listened and asked thought provoking questions. She good suggestions for dealing with my situation. After our over 90 minute call, I felt more confident about my situation. Hopefully I never need to consult an attorney again, but if I do Ms. Farney would be my first call.

I was distrustful of my employer for quite some time and I started looking for a labor attorney just in case I would need one someday. I used to kid her that she was a "law nerd" because that is how much she is into what she is doing.
