Biography
Yuliya Magomedov is a founder of Magomedov Law Group. Yuliya’s practice is focused on protecting families while advising them on the best estate planning techniques based on their specific needs.
Yuliya is originally from Russia. She holds a Master's degree from St. Petersburg University of Architecture and Civil Engineering. She received her J.D. from San Francisco Law School in 2007.
Yuliya has been practicing law in San Francisco for over 12 years with additional seven years in the legal arena as a legal assistant before and while attending law school.
Prior to founding Magomedov Law Group, Yuliya began her legal career at the Law Offices of Bruce J. Levtiz, serving as a legal assistant for over three years. Yuliya then continued her legal endeavors at the Law Offices of Sanford Cipinko where she first joined the firm as a legal assistant and then after graduating law school served as a case managing attorney while handling variety of complex litigation matters.
After working with Mr. Cipinko for 10 years, Yuliya became a founding partner of Magomedov & Cronin, LLP, where she helped hundreds of clients with their estate planning needs always providing personalized and tailored services based on her clients’ needs and wishes.
Yuliya holds a Master's degree from St. Petersburg University of Architecture and Civil Engineering with her J.D. received from San Francisco Law School in 2007.
While at San Francisco Law School, Yuliya received multiple awards for academic excellence as well as dean’s list placement for two consecutive years and scholarship for academic achievements.
Although Yuliya’s experience includes various legal aspects, her practice currently focuses on estate planning. Yuliya is passionate about educating clients and providing them with all necessary tools
Having been recognized by her peers, Yuliya was selected to the Northern California Super Lawyers Rising Stars List, 2009-2019.
Yuliya is admitted to practice in the State of California, the United States District Court, Northern District of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She is a member of Consumer Attorneys of California and the San Francisco Trial Lawyer Association.
