Yuliya Magomedov

My wife and I just redid our Living Trust in late March 2018. Our point of contact was Yuliya Magomedov. From start to finish Yuliya was professional, courteous and extremely efficient. The initial contact was a done over the phone. All subsequent interaction was completed either by phone or email. T...his worked well for us as we were able to ask questions or respond to questions on our time availability. Yuliya was very patient and answered all of our questions that arose during the preparation of our trust. The final signing of documents was completed in M & C's office on Noriega St. which was very convenient for us. We highly recommend Magomedov and Cronin for your trust and estate planning needs.

Short backstory: I've known for years that I should get a will/trust prepared. But being an attorney myself, I am very critical about the attorneys I hire. Also, plenty of good old-fashioned procrastination. Anyway, I finally committed to get it done. So I asked around, getting several recommen...dations from other attorneys and friends. I emailed and spoke with a couple firms, but for whatever reason I still wasn't moved to hire them. (More procrastination?) Then, Magomedov & Cronin was recommended to me by my financial advisor. Because of how much I like and trust my advisor (Sean Kenmore @ Affinity Capital Advisors in Berkeley), I decided to inquire. After a few emails and calls with Yuliya, I was convinced she was the one to prepare these documents for my family. She combines professionalism and solid legal knowledge with a very approachable and easy-to-deal-with style. She was also quite effective at being gentle but persistent at reminding me to follow through with providing her the necessary information. Once I got her everything, there was a brief meeting to sign documents, and we were done. Hallelujah! And she still periodically reminds when there is something I need to do to ensure the trust is secure. Awesome. So of course, I highly recommend Yuliya and her firm, Magomedov & Cronin.

We worked with Yuliya when we were trying to put together a plan for our estate. Our situation was compounded by the fact that we had very little time to do it in since we were going out of the country, and we wanted to have the estate plan in place before that. Yuliya was willing to work with us on ...this tight schedule; she has explained the process, the terms, the concepts in detail, patiently walked us through exactly the kind of decisions we needed to make so that by the time we had to put those decisions on paper, we were confident in what we wanted, and it took very little time. The fact that she was always available to answer questions was great since not only would it enable us to proceed, but also would help us avoid making (costly and untimely) mistakes. For instance, we had called her from the County's Clerk office to make sure we were getting the correct documents, and, sure enough, we were about to get something else entirely, which would have delayed the process and made us miss our deadline. She is incredibly organized and efficient, very knowledgeable and professional, but also very personable and easy to talk to. We feel really fortunate that we got to work with Yuliya and would highly recommend her services!
