A Beacon in a Financial Storm

Several years ago, my married life was in poor health and my financial life was also suffering. The two were intertwined. Unexpectedly, my spouse left the home, a significant amount of debt, and I myself was shell shocked when child support payments began. I was in financial hell and that's when I ...contacted Dawn's firm. Dawn provided objective legal advice and provided options so I could make the best decision for me. Dawn was there every step of the way throughout the bankruptcy process. I had many questions as new circumstances arose during the process. Dawn would answer my questions and helped improve the total outcome. I finally got through the entire process and Dawn was there for me at the finish line. Exceptional

Dawn Cutaia was not only very professional and knowledgeable about the law she represents, she was also caring. I've dealt with attorneys over the years and her practice is by far the best I have encountered. Her staff were helpful and personable. What impressed me most was not only her abilities ...as a representative of the law but she has a natural way of making you relax as you face the obstacles in front of you. I can't say enough to promote this law firm. Cutaia Law will always be my go to law firm.

Couldn't have asked for a better attorney

We could not have asked for a better experience despite the circumstances surrounding our need to consult with Dawn in the first place! From the initial inquiry, Mrs. Cutaia answered all of our questions honestly and accurately. She eased our fears and our anxiety during such a stressful time for ...us. Her level of professionalism and expertise along with just being "down to earth" and explaining everything in detail kept us very informed throughout our case. It was also very reassuring that she as well as her staff were simply a phone call or an email away, and would respond promptly with answers. We felt very informed and in the loop in all aspects of our case. Words cannot express the amount of gratitude my husband and I have for her ability to make such a terrible situation SO much easier! We would absolutely recommend having her on your team for your legal concerns!

Exceptional!

I've been a client of Cutaia Law for over a year with an active chapter 13 bankruptcy. Prior to retaining Dawn I didn't know much about bankruptcy but now I actually understand the complicated process thanks to Dawn and Jess patiently answering all of my many questions. I can email them any time of... day and know that I will get a reply within minutes. They calmed me down when I was petrified about going to court and Dawn was right there with me making sure there were no issues. It was even easier than she told me it would be! Ultimately, Dawn not only saved my house but she kept my family together by removing all of our stress. I could not recommend her more highly. I have referred my brother and a friend to Cutaia Law and both have been equally thrilled. If debt and financial worries are keeping you up at night-call Dawn. I personally guarantee you will sleep again after just the first call.

You can do better in York.

I used Ms. Cutaia for a bankruptcy filing. She was ill prepaired for court, in fact we ended up filing some forms in court that day, that should have been filed long before. I had also faxed some needed paperwork over to Jessica, her assistant, and they lost those papers. When you walk into the off...ice and see just how messy it is, you will understand how they could lose documents. I cannot recommend this attorney to anyone that I know, in fact, I would steer them in a different direction.
