Gillian Amy Woodward

Gillian was hired on behalf of my daughter (is a minor and cannot submit reviews herself), by me, as her guardian ad litem for a high conflict custody case. My daughter is a minor. I have tried over several months to make peace with the decisions that Gillian made in that best interest case for my da...ughter, but it has been very very difficult. My daughter described to her therapist of 2 years as well as to a doctor and finally to Gillian herself, disclosures of abuse occurring at the other parents home. I felt that the disclosures were shirked off inappropriately and Gillian reasoned that I had coached my daughter's disclosures. This has been deeply traumatic for not only me, but my child, as she is forced to continue increased contact with that person. I would suggest that you advocate very strongly for another GAL if your judge appoints her. Everything stated above is factual. I have documentation of everything stated here, including a letter addressed to me by therapist regarding the three specific disclosures made during my daughter's sessions, as well as the medical record in which my daughter's disclosures is described in detail. Additionally I have the copy of an email from her as well as her "recommendation" in which she clearly states that she decided I coached my daughter. Everything is factual, not defamatory- it can be proven easily with the documentation that I have.
