Kimberly Kay Meyer

Ms. Meyer is a 2002 graduate of Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, majoring in Electronic Media. After working in the media industry for several years, Ms. Meyer attended Penn State University, where she received a master’s degree in Public Administration in 2010. During a portion her time at Penn State, Ms. Meyer was employed as a Caseworker with Lebanon County Children and Youth Services. Upon graduation from Penn State, Ms. Meyer began working in human resources for the State Civil Service Commission.

In 2014, Ms. Meyer began at Widener University Commonwealth Law School, working during the day in human resources at the Pennsylvania State Police and attending classes in the evening.

While a student at Widener, Ms. Meyer served as a class representative for the SBA. She was also a member of the Pepper Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International, where she served as chapter Clerk.

Ms. Meyer also obtained both the Legislation Certificate and the Administrative/Constitutional Law Certificate’s through Widener’s Government Law Institute.

Ms. Meyer graduated in May 2018. She was awarded the 2018 John A. Fillion Memorial Award and the 2018 Outstanding Law and Government Student Award.

Ms. Meyer has lived in Central Pennsylvania since her father retired from the United States Air Force in the mid-1990’s and currently resides in Lebanon County with her husband and two children. She is an avid Disney fan and hopes to one day travel the world with her family.
