David has been representing and defending the interests of the people of York County since 1998.
Prior to entering private practice in 2006, David was an Assistant District Attorney with the York County District Attorney's Office. David rose to the rank of Executive Deputy Prosecutor where he was responsible for overseeing the prosecution of all child abuse and domestic violence cases. David has tried approximately (60) cases as lead counsel to jury verdict and has handled a similar number of cases on appeal before the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. David has also successfully argued before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
David utilizes his experience as a prosecutor in advising and defending clients charged with a variety of crimes. David has extensive experience in handling DUI cases, having handled hundreds of DUI cases during his career.
David also utilizes his experience and understanding as a domestic violence and child abuse prosecutor in assisting his clients in divorce and child custody matters which involve such issues.
David is a 1993 graduate of Temple University. In 1996, David earned his Juris Doctor degree from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware. While in law school, David was an Associate Editor for the Widener Law Symposium Journal (now the Widener Law Review) and a member of the Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Honor Society, serving as a Board Member in 1995-1996. David earned the American Jurisprudence Award for Criminal Law and was award the Judge J. Cullen Ganey Criminal Procedure Award at graduation for the highest grade point average for Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure among his graduating class.
David is admitted to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Excellent lawyer!
