Mr Schefter Jr. Led me to believe he was going to fight for me in court, only to find out that was not the case! I'm not going to bash Mr Schefter for what he led me to believe but I'm very, very upset I picked him for my case! I have had a few brushes with the law over the years , some being my fault , some I was unjustly accused. Attorney Schefter is very good at laying out just what to expect and what he can do and can't do for you. Trust me, unfortunately I have needed a few attorneys over the years and this guy is as ...great as they come.

Mr. Schefter represented me in a traffic accident trial in which I pleaded not guilty. I was rear ended but was given a citation because the police officer & the driver that hit me said that I pulled out in front of the car that hit me. Thank goodness I had taken pictures of the scene & with Mr. Sche...fter representing me I was found not guilty. I had never been involved in anything like this before & was very nervous about the entire ordeal. A few days prior to the trial Mr. Schefter reviewed the questions he would ask me while under oath, he also gave me a good idea of what to expect from the judge, the police officer & the other driver. Having been well prepared I felt a bit less nervous about the situation. The morning of the trial, while waiting to go into the court room we reviewed everything again & Mr. Schefter told me to keep looking at him if I got nervous, that was the best tip he gave me. I was scared while testifying but concetrating on him put me more at ease & was able to tell my side of the incident with confidence. Mr. Schefter was very professional & did an excellent job, he made me feel confident knowing he was in my corner & believed in me. He is a wonderful attorney & a very kind man. I thank him & would highly recommend him.

When you find yourself searching for a great attorney, the task at hand is overwhelming to put it lightly. I've been through quite a few attorneys through the years. Sure, they talk the talk, big deal. Before you hang up the phone with them you are billed for anything and everything they can think of.... Bobby is personable, quick on his feet, and I can tell you from my personal experiences that he cares about the work he does. His clients are more than clients.
