Compassionate, Knowledgeable

My case was difficult and emotional. The outcome was extremely positive and more than I expected. Meredith and her staff were helpful, insightful and always responsive. She was very understanding of the high emotions by all during this trial and empathetic to all.

not satisfied at all

This is a lawyer that I would never recommend to anyone who needs results in order to avoid negative consequences. The personal attention given to my case was minimal at best and her preparedness was lacking of someone who is suppose to be there with the best intentions of her clients best interest. ...I felt that I did much more in my preparation and research than any effort that she put forth and I still had to pay the same rate to her as I would have to many other attorneys in York that would have been much more in tune with the case. She failed to demonstrate not only an urgency to win the case but also the ability to represent me in a vested way in court. The office she works for was also less than adequate for document preparation. She appeared to be more concerned with how much money she could make off the case than the direction of the case which also was something that irritated me as I was told at the initial consultation how she would accomplish xyz...and that never happened at all. Her response back to a phone call or email before she receives the contract is quick but once you have paid for her services it becomes quite clear that response time is not a priority.

am thrilled to recommend Attorney Allie for legal representation. I retained her in March of 2014 on a legal matter that I had been dealing with for nearly 4 years. From the beginning, she stated the possible outcomes of the case both negative and positive. When the matter reached conclusion, I... couldn’t have been more than happy with the final result. She exceeded my expectations from the beginning. She is quick to respond, while also being quite aware that legal matters can be exhaustive both financially and emotionally. Honest assessment, great outcomes!

I found myself battling some pretty steep collection cases and I was beyond nervous about being sued. Meredith eased my fears and walked me through the legal process. We won both cases and even successfully counter-sued on one. If you need someone who has your back, give her a call.
