Before this past September, I have always had a clean record. I made a couple bad decisions which lead to an accident that caused me to receive several criminal charges, and expensive court costs/fines. In addition to the shock and stress that my family and I were experiencing, I had serious health i...ssues that required immediate treatment. RJ Fisher was strongly recommended by a close family friend, and he immediately offered both words of encouragement, and a concise plan of action in preparation for the multiple court hearings that were coming up. Attorney Fisher was honest, confident, and organized in his strategy and networking. His hard work absolutely paid off in the end, and every one of my hearings went exactly as planned. In addition, the outcome was honestly better than I even hoped for. Very great lawyer I was accused of simple assault and harassment, thankfully with all the stuff I was able give him and a testimony from a witness in a he said she said type scenario he was practically able to get it thrown out in court which doesn't happen everyday but then again he is that good and... went insanely above and beyond explaining would can and could happen and how he would deal with it and even made sure if it does get refiled there is already a pre agreement set in place so I still have nothing added to my record, most times this is a typical nightmare but this lawyer really does know his stuff and definitely a genuine guy that cares about you and your situation, I can not stress this enough if your in a dire situation and/or really terrible situation he is your best bet if not him then at least his colleagues at the firm he works at if there was a 6th star I'd click on it if I could

Was recommended Mr. Fisher by a family lawyer. Hesitant to do so as I stereotype lawyers, Choosing RJ was the right choice and a pleasure to work with. RJ’s prompt communication and honesty is what I respect most. He doesn’t tell you what you want to hear, he tells you what you need to hear, and dra...ws a game plan very well. He has the ability to communicate with someone unfamiliar with the justice system and answer all questions, which made it comfortable knowing my questions were answered. This is a unique quality in a lawyer. Young adults or first time defendants; RJ is your goto lawyer. Good lawyers do exist and Mr. Fisher is a rare breed.

Overall he was very prompt, willing, and able. I never had to wait more than a few minutes or so until he'd get a response back to me. He was always able to explain things in a way that I was able to understand what was going on. He was also very calm, patient, respectful, and understanding; of me as... a person and my situation. He knew exactly how to handle my case. Not only did he help me with my paperwork, and decisions on the matter up until the court date. He also helped me get through a hiccup, that arose afterwards with filing at the MJD. In my book he won my case over. He made the whole process seamless on his part. I felt very comfortable with everything, well as comfortable as one can in a situation needing involvement of a criminal case attorney. I'd highly recommend Mr. Fisher as a criminal case defense lawyer.

Attorney Fisher not only handled my case with professionalism but he went above and beyond to help my wife and I navigate one of the most difficult times in our life.
