Mr. Bair concentrates his practices in the areas of commercial litigation, insurance law, and personal injury litigation. He provides representation and counsel to individuals and their families in many injury related areas, such as auto and motorcycle accidents, wrongful death, product liability, animal injuries, and injuries resulting from falls. He also represents businesses and business owners in disputes that arise in the course of commerce. He aggressively represents them in commercial disputes and litigation of all types in both state and federal court.
PRACTICE: Mr. Bair concentrates his practices in the areas of injury law, domestic law and litigation. He provides representation and counsel to individuals and their families in many injury related areas, such as auto and motorcycle accidents, wrongful death, product liability, animal injuries, and injuries resulting from falls.
He also provides counsel in matters of divorce, child custody, child and spousal support, division of property, protection from abuse (PFA), grandparents' rights, and name changes. In addition to appearing in court with his clients, Mr. Bair is also trained as a collaborative lawyer which allows him to work with clients "outside of court" to reach settlements.
Mr. Bair is a member of the firm's Litigation practice group and, in addition to injury and domestic law representation, he regularly handles general litigation matters for clients of the firm, as well.
Mr. Bair served as a law clerk for the Honorable Kevin A. Hess of the Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas.
